Pointe West Clubhouse, Vero Beach
Indian River County Chamber of Commerce Building Project of the Year

Pointe West is a large, popular and sustaining development in Vero Beach. When the developers at Pointe West were looking for a Contractor to design-build their Golf Clubhouse (which is used by much of our community every single week for golf tournaments, social gatherings, and community events) they needed to trust that the Contractor would build a pristine facility and complete it on time. They also desired to hire a local Contractor with a good reputation, as this Project had been entered for design & construction awards. Summit was selected to meet those needs and the Project was completed one month under schedule and under GMP. The Pointe West Golf Clubhouse was awarded the 2007 “Project of the Year” Award by the Indian River Co. Chamber of Commerce and an Aurora Award for design.

The Clubhouse features a full commercial kitchen, locker rooms, Pro shop, indoor and outdoor dining, a custom commercial bar and administrative offices.

Sea Oaks Tennis Center, Vero Beach

Perform interior demolition on existing two-story building and completely renovate, fast-tracked for completion in 180 days. Construct second two-story building for conference rooms, kitchen and baths, offices and pro-shop.

Indian River Estates Multipurpose Room, Vero Beach

Demolition and reconstruction of 2500 SF Multipurpose Room & Chapel Work was completed while building was fully occupied.
