The following is an overview of some of the projects completed by our company and the Summit officers over the past twenty years. All of these projects were managed and supervised by Brad Schuh and Chris Vasquez (the principals) along with our well-qualified Summit support staff.

All of the listed projects were completed on time and within or below the project budget. Many of these projects were extensive renovations completed during owner occupation of the facilities. These projects required an extraordinary amount of field coordination and scheduling.

Currently Summit is providing contracting and construction management services
for the School District of Indian River County, Indian River County, Indian River
Community College, and Pointe West Development.

Project: Vero Beach Municipal Airport Terminal
Description: New addition to Municipal airport, Complete Renovation of existing airport & CJ Cannons Restaurant, Including FAA equipment, restaurant equipment.

Project: St. Anastasia School Historic Building Renovation
Description: Structural stabilization, demolition, and re-roofing of state-registered historic building.

Project: Sebastian River High School Sports Complex & Concessions
Description: Construction management services: Stadium renovations incl. new lightning protection, two new concessions buildings, new restroom facilities, new ROTC facility, new press box. All work performed on active school campus.

Project: Pointe West Clubhouse
Description: New high-end golf clubhouse with custom bar and casework, kitchen equipment, and pro shop.

Project: Indian River County Utilities Operations Complex
Description: Construction of new prefab Metal Administration Building and Warehouse Building, including all site work, utilities, generators, lift station, paving
& turnkey construction.

Project: Alternative Education Center
Description: Relocation and complete remodel of two existing classroom buildings, construction of new tilt-wall Administration Building, construction of two new modular two-story classroom buildings, including complete turnkey construction, exterior covered hard courts, site work, utilities, paving, landscaping & irrigation.

Project: Gifford Middle School Gymnasium
Description: Demolition of existing gymnasium and construction of new 20,000 SF gymnasium, including bleachers, gym flooring and athletic equipment, locker rooms, exterior covered hard courts, site work, utilities, paving, landscaping & irrigation.

Project: Rosewood Magnet School Cafeteria/Media Center &
Multi-Purpose Room
Description: Demolition of existing cafeteria, installation of temporary cafeteria facilities, construction of new state-of-the-art cafeteria. Demolition and reconstruction of administration building and media center. Construction of new Multipurpose Room. All work was completed while campus was fully occupied.

Project: Repair & Renovation to Building A at IRCC Ft. Pierce Campus
Description: Complete repair and renovation to interior of building from the block out, including all new finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Repair and re-painting of exterior of building.

Description: Demolition of existing park. Construction of new handicapped playground, utilities, tabby concrete walkways and landscape irrigation.

Description: Design/Build of ten metal buildings including HVAC, electric and fire sprinkler systems.

Project: Indian River County Landfill Scalehouse and Entry Improvements
Description: Construction of new scalehouse, new truck scales, demolition of existing scalehouse/scales. Sitework, utilities, paving, landscape.

Description: Demolition and construction of 10,000 SF book store. Renovate interior/exterior. Work was completed within an active campus.
